This transformative project involved a series of four identical buildings, totaling 385 apartments, which underwent a remarkable metamorphosis. Originally designed as condominiums, these buildings were ingeniously reimagined into a luxurious hotel, complete with restaurants, bars, an elegant reception area, a serene swimming pond, and meticulously landscaped surroundings. This ambitious venture not only redefined the buildings' purpose but also elevated the entire coastal experience for guests and visitors alike, merging functionality with aesthetics in a breathtaking seaside setting.
