Within the heart of Faro, a historical gem is reborn. Once a hospital and later known as the "Grand Hotel" in the 19th century, this iconic building has transformed into a modern apartment house with 25 units.

The project involved meticulous façade restoration, roof reconstruction, doors and windows replacement, ironwork renewal, and exterior painting. Inside, we executed demolition, created innovative layouts, and integrated plumbing, mechanicals, electrics, carpentry, masonry, floors, ceilings, and stairs. These apartments boast modern amenities, including bathrooms, kitchens, and skylights. The outdoor space features a tranquil swimming pool, offering a perfect blend of history and contemporary living.
